- We currently offer delivery within Malaysia. For international orders, kindly email us at email@example.com and we will assist you with shipping options.
- Orders will be processed for shipping within 3-5 working days (Monday to Friday). Tracking information will be provided to you once your order has been shipped.
- Please note that all duties and taxes imposed will be at the customer's expense.
- Items are generally delivered within 3-7 business days of it shipping out, depending on your location.
- In the event the delivery of your package was missed and is reverted back to Tease, the shipping charges to resend the package to your address is to be borne by the customer.
Exchanges can be made subject to the following conditions :
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Our policy lasts 3 days after receiving your parcel. After 3 days since receiving your parcel, we can't offer you an exchange.
- Size exchange is subject to availability. Kindly note that items exchanged can only be made for the same design, unless stated otherwise. If the item requested is not available in stock, we will have to give you store credit instead.
- The customer will be required to pay the difference should the amount of the exchanged item exceed the price of purchased item.
- For exchanges due to damaged, defected or incorrect item received, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org
- A shipping and handling fee will be charged to the customers upon approval of exchange.
- Exchanges can only be made once.
We do not provide refunds, only exchange of items.
To return your product, please contact email@example.com and we will provide you with our return shipping information.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To ensure safe delivery, all exchange items must be sent using a courier service with tracking information. Tease will not be liable for any loss of exchange items in transit.
TEASE has the rights to deny any exchange request although the conditions above are met.
